Time to polish the Tinfoil Hats!

Ok folks. I searched for such a thread to no avail. I heard rumors of the Gubments' plan to require an additive be mixed with all gunpowders. The additive would essentially make the round a dud after a prescribed amount of time. One Year was the timeframe I was advised. Anyone hear this same rumor?

I assume they feel it will keep the hoarding ammo thing in check and ensure the power remains in their hands of course when the Zombies come.

I heard that tinfoil isn't enough now.. We need some lead plated foil to stop all the damaging controller rays....

What happens when this round is about to expire and it makes it half way down the barrel and then the next isnt so much a dud! This will not happen, not a single chance. To many problems to come with this idea!!
