I wasnt in a pop up. Pulled it off in the open. There was one little shrub in the area that they were using, so there wasnt alot of choice. I just kneeled behind it. Talked about killing your knees....dang! Glad I'm only 25. Last year I killed a pretty nice bird with that bow but it was out of a blind. The year before was the first couple of months I had that bow and I shot a jake with it.......but I dont really count it:Calling in a jake is in the relation to decoying scaups or shovlers.
Great job! That is a beauty and with a longbow at that. Quite an accomplishment for no blind. You are "The Man."
