Tonights dinner: Beans and cornbread...

Nothing finer on a cold wet winters evening. Benas and ham hocks all day on low in a crock pot, about 10 hours, beans were so tender and the broth was flavourfull and thick and reduced nicely. Made the corn bread and sweet tea when I got home today..

Wow! Looks like the beans and cornbread we had last night. We had some cilantro and fresh tomatoes in ours with some fried bacon thrown in on top.
