I need someone to climb a 70' light pole and install a repeater antenna. The vendor has quoted an exorbitant price to have this done.
Make your wife do it. 
For a handful of dollar bills you could hire a stripper to work the pole.

If I fall will you pay my bills? If its wood and I gaff it... At least one, maybe to guys are working with me to rig and raise the equipment

If I was doing a radio tower I build it so it could tip over and equipment could be serviced from the ground. That's an old steeple jack trick and how lots of tall stuff is built to service. We build tall towers and tip em with a crane.... Lots cheaper and safer that ginning stuff up aloft.

Alternate... Most rental outfits rent bucket trucks.... A 48 foot unit will get you near the top of a 65' if its parked right....
Our bucket truck will reach everything but the last 20' is what the maintenance director told me.
who owns the light pole?
The school district I work for. It is actually a light pole for the baseball field, got the climbing pegs up the side of it and everything.
so is it the school putting up the repeater system or are you leasing the space, or something else?
