Wal Marts out here have a pot load of American Eagle 7.62x51 and .308 Win.
The first time I've ever seen it. The 7.62 is $2 cheaper for some reason.

My LR-308 loves American Eagle ammo and 90 out of 100 rounds shot through it are the 7.62x51. My barrel likes the heavier bullet and I've always found it online for about $1 less per box. I never understood it, but it's a better round (for me) at a cheaper price. Win/win!

How much is a box? The last time I stacked up on ammo for my 308, I paid $14/box for 7.62x51 in 200 round cases.

Yeah, how much? I doubt it's cheap enough for me to buy it instead of the Prvi Partizan battle packs I've been getting, but I am always open to the possibility!

The 7.62 is $18+, call it &19 for 20 rounds, the .308 is $21

I was more curious than anything else, I've never seen 7.62 or .308 American Eagle on Wal Mart shelves.

Walmart in Glenpool has 1k round boxes of 5.56 Federal XM855 62 grain green tips for $447.

Had 5 1k boxes left an hour ago....

In Elk City and Weatherford ammo day used to be Saturday. Weatherford has had something different every time I've been in the store in the last week. They had 15/20 boxes 4o cal Fed red , some TulAmmo 45 (steel), Winchester WB 100 rd 40 & 45 (just a few boxes and 50round 45 & 40 (8-10), probably 50 boxes 7.62x39 TulAmmo (steel).


Ammo day in Carlsbad and Artesia it's Thursday and they don't have a limit.
2 weeks ago I was in Artesia they had 3 boxes of 9mm Federal red, I was going to buy them all , the guy behind me said to the woman he was with "Shoot he's buying all the 9MM". I told the clerk to give the guy a box, he didn't say thanks, kiss my foot or anything.

Walmart on NE 23rd & Douglas in Midwest City has .223 & 9mm in stock. Tulammo 9mm for $10.xx/box and a few different kinds of .223. Limit 3 boxes. They have about 12 boxes of 9mm right now. I'm leaving it all on the shelf for you guys. LOL
