Out of the blue, found a serious buyer for my house, they made a offer this evening. Full asking price, in exchange for all appliances staying with the house. Thing is I had stopped trying to sell it a while back. As they were leaving she said I should start looking for a new place to live, LOL..

I would walk away with $30,000 in my hand if I sell. Enough to buy a couple acres and start to build the cabin I want to build.

Now I need to really think about this.

Thisis true also, I am off this weekend, so I may just nose around and see whats out there. I would also need to get a rental for a while so trying to find a place equal to what I have now may be a issue.
