What happens when I mark something as gone in classifieds?

First question in title, second is it best practice to do anything else such as reply with "sold" in the thread?

What do most people do when they are done with an ad (whether sold or any other reason for the ad being no longer necessary)?

Mark it as gone and it gets moved to the old files.

Rick is correct. As soon as the meet is done and the item has exchanged hands, Mark as Gone. It then goes to old ads.

But it’s entertaining when someone brings up a WTS ad that’s several years old, and asks:

”Is this still for sale?”

-Drop down
-Click "Mark as Gone" (only choice in classifieds)
Voila! dun
