What is going on with my barrel? Just fouling?

There are these weird chips that may just be fouling all around the end of my barrel. Have a look and how do I fix it? Ive been using a wire gun cleaning brush on it and it still wont go away.

All of it is copper jacketed bullets. I did buy some remanned ammo that was copper jacketed. Had some really bad accuracy problems with it. Thought it was the ammo then I examined my barrel and this crap is in there.

Can you pull that crap out to examine it better? Are there scratches or is it flaking?

Well how do I get rid of it? I shot 300 rounds through it a few days ago.

Idk if it is lead, it looks like the jacket formed and aligned itself on the walls of my barrel

I managed to fish that out of there with a knife. I did it very carefully so I didnt touch the actual barrel. Not a good way of getting it out. Anyone know how to remove this crap?
