What is it?

You think maybe they are a sort of guide in laying out a large hose or pipe? Judging from the pointed ends they aren't bolted to anything so they must 'push" into something such as the ground.

That was really the only thing I could come up with was some sort of guides for pipe/hose that could be pushed into a soft substrate. But, I don't have a clue.
