Are you wanting to make one or buy one? There is a ton more to it then just filling out a form. How much do you already know on a scale of one to ten?

A permanent change is possible if you write a letter to the the NFA branch reflecting the new configuration.

Here is some more really good info on NFA (AKA Class III or Title 2). http://www.okshooters.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15544

man this is so confusing and a complicated process would it be easier to buy one assembled and have the company help me with all the paper work or no? My CLEO will sign it so i do not need a trust from my understanding. man i would even pay someone to help me fill out this paper work. Is that not legal (like a 4473 no one can help)?

If you buy one from a dealer already built. Its his job to fill out the paperwork.
Thats what he gets the big bucks for.
