To me the message is that it's a catchy little diddy, and that's all. 
Must be Italian. Seriously a lot of women do have some facial hair. They shave it, pluck it or cover it with make up. I even know one that had to shave her chest, and yes she was born a real female. It happens. Nature is not perfect.
