I try not to get too much sarin, but I’ve “probably” od’d on several other substances like alcohol, rx meds and caffeine/nicotine.

I had some dental work done back in the 70's and was prescribed some kind of pain killer. I can't remember what it was exactly, but the prescription said to take one pill every 4 hours for pain. It didn't say "as needed" though. After all the pills were consumed right on schedule, I had withdrawal symptoms for the next three days or so before the symptoms faded away.
