Building my first SBR

You do not have to fill out a new assignment sheet to send in. I send my original every time and make a new one just for my current assignments to make them legal.

If one was to SBR an AR on a Form 4, would you have to keep the upper that was used for measurements on the form? Is there anything that says it needs to stay with the lower?

What about the legality of using different uppers at the range on the sbr lower???

You can swap out uppers all day long, so long as it can be put back to what's on the Form 4.

On the offhand chance you actually got stopped by an ATF agent asking to see a form 4, he would have to be one hell of a dick to penalize you for not having the exact upper on your registered lower.

Did you paint the trigger, the screw for the BAD lever, and then spackle paint on the charging handle latch?
