Out of respect for my dealer I deal with, I will not resell any of the items that I get at a very good price in today's market. He could easily sell for more to others but old customers get non inflated price.

I'm kind of stuck right now myself. I'd like to let a few things go. But I want them to be appreciated, not just flipped for a profit. I've both recieved and given good deals on OSA in the past. I like that about this site. And like you any bargain I've got from my local guy I resell back to/thru him so he can recoup some of his lost profit.

Even them ridiculous fawking puppy mills claim to support the idea of buyer requirements and placing pets in good homes.
Don't see any reason why you can't take the same tack...

Out of being stuck between a rock and a hard place, I have sold the rifle to a local fellow dealer.

I regret that the original intent was not achieved.

I don't think you'll ever achieve the desired intent in the classys [sic]. Those who are flipping will likely be hitting the refresh button faster than Charlie Sheen on a crack pipe and beat everyone else to the punch.

Red. I have mixed feelings on the topic. I voted Right. However, I figure if you accept his offer then it's a done deal. (By no means am I alleging there is an actual contract) The flip side to that is you have the right to sell to whomever you chose. Or not sell for that matter. Maybe it would be best to review offers first then accept only the ones you want to or best choice. The first come first served method does not always ensure the best sale.

I am also required by the ATF / FBI to not sell to anyone whom I believe might resell for profit.

If they can prove that I had done such, I can lose my license, face fines / prison time, and lose my 2nd amendment right.
