Ouch! Pit bulls at it again.

I didn't realize we were talking fatalities. The initial post was about a maiming. I'd like to see stats about all reported attacks including fatalities amongst all identifiable breeds. Is that possible?

We had a mixed boxer/pit dog when my daughter was born. Everytime the baby would cry she would growl at her. She even snipped at the baby swing 2 times, both when I was gone. 3rd time she did it, it was off to the vet to be put down. Didn't even tell the wife I was leaving. I was going to donate her to be adopted but the vet refused after a 6 year old girl walked in and she went ape sh*t trying to get her. I'll never get anything close to a pit again. I could careless what others do but thats my choice.

The end of the original post had info on fatalities, but to be honest these statistics are pretty useless when you consider that any dog that has a "pit bull" look to it automatically falls into the "pit bull" category (regardless of genetics) , and that a dog can be 90% Labrador and 10% pit and it'd still be categorized as a pit bull.

It's common knowledge that black Pit Bulls are the most vicious. Plus, they have the most teeth. I don't know why anyone would need a dog with that many teeth. They should be banned.

I have a 14yr old black pitbull, all of her teeth are about gone and she never even killed anyone with them must be a defective version of this evil breed.

Hate to tell you guys this but out of all the dogs we have had go through our house, our Dalmatian is more dangerous to people then any Pit Bull that has gone through. Oh and Dude our Rat Terrier loves cats.

Raw, fried, or grilled it does not matter to him.
