And why?

I like Gunsmoke because it reminds me of being a kid.

I like Bonanza because I always wanted a father like Ben Cartwright and some brothers like the Cartwright boys. Pa Cartwright is the TV dad I'd most want to be like,

I like the Virginian because I'll probably be a crotchety old man like Judge Garth or Mr. Granger.

Well I think it was a mini series but The Sacketts. I liked the brotherhood aspect of it and the large bowie knife carried by Tell Sackett.

I only remember the lone ranger. We didn't have a tv when I was a kid, so we went to the neighbors or my uncles, and watched the lone ranger or Forman Scotty.

Gunsmoke, because l liked to listen to Festus (enjoyed Ken Curtis's character on the Searchers too). Big Valley............because of Linda Evans................

Met Ken Curtis in a Breakfast Restaurant in New Mexico when the wife and I were on vacation. Years ago, but at the time he had lots of land out there. Just a common acting guy.
