Wanna enlighten me?
Better do your research first because I think you've been told some incorrect info about debt cards.

I know very well about both, thank you. Legal liability, risk, fraud protection, etc. I made my choice on my own (and I work at a FI).

What you do and what risk you accept is of course up to you.

And to point out the obvious, FIs promote the use of CCs... They make money loaning money. So if your getting your financial advice from a banker, bless your heart.

Visited the 3 sites using the Clark links.

TransUnion and Experian both hit me up for $10 to freeze my info, as expected. Equifax didn't ask for any payment.

Is that what everybody else experienced?

Well, seriously? they HAVE to make money lending money. How else would you expect them to pay you dividends every month or quarter?

And perhaps not so obviously, they make money from the interchange fees (big time!) with debit cards too. But since you did your research you know that already. However, they don't make a cent LENDING me money every month on the CC.

So, please try again.
