Saw some good deals and used self control not to use the credit card on a few guns this morning. May go tomorrow and look around.

I haven't seen lonewolf distribution the last 2 years. That was a good place to buy glock parts since Jack Tippit quit coming to the show a few years ago.

We went. Did some good walking. Plenty, I say, plenty of AR parts and pieces. More so than I remember the past few years. Lots o' .22lr at sorta, kinda, not really decent prices. Bought a brick of CCI 45 gr subsonic for $5/box. Cheaper than online with freight. Bought the boy a flashlight, since he's 8. Time to start making a semi-prepper out of him. $1 bet says the light is gone within the week.
Good show. Fairly crowded. Good atmosphere with no panic. Lots of great old classics if you have the coin.

My gf and I spent five hours there this morning, and we did quite a bit of walking. Had several people stop me to look at the M1D we took, but no takers. One guy tried low balling me, and he walked away in a huff when I wouldn’t bite. I saw three other D’s on vendors’ tables for considerably more money and in no better condition, and I had a couple folks comment on how fair my price was. Just didn’t run into the right buyer with cash, I guess.

The prices I saw ranged from “decent” to “Are you kidding me...” No real deals, though I did fairly well on a 1934-dated Winchester 1897 shotgun that will work nicely for CAS.

I did get a few good laughs out of people’s reactions to my gf’s attire, complete with my D slung across her chest. And yes, she insisted on carrying the rifle ;)

Odd show this time; some vendors that are always there....weren't, and the crowd never did get too thick. Saw some decent deals, and some asinine. More HK91s than I've ever seen there before, which was new. Even saw one of the Greek Springfield Armory G3 rifles (SAR-8 overstamp) in nice shape for $900 - that was the best deal of the show that I saw. Will probably go back in the morning for a few hours and see if I can lose the rest of my money.
