Mine are container grown, yes a 5 gallon bucket is dandy.. Mine will be hauled to cover so they don't die back to the ground..Lol, well... so much for the "plant one in a 5 gallon bucket" theory.

Good to know, thanks!Some people keep them in containers permanently. They will only get as large as you and their environment will let them. They do the same for dwarf fruit and other trees as well.
