High Rent Prices

When we bought our first house, 55 year ago, we gave about $8,000.00 for it, painted it for the down payment, and had payments of about $65.00 mo. for 30 years. We didn't see any way house prices could possiblily get any higher than that, and had to cut corners to make those huge house payment! We have bought and sold five houses, and have lived in the one we haver now for 44 years, and is worth about 8 or 10 times what we gave for it! Buying a house is the best chance working people have of gaining wealth, for many reasons!

Biden went on TV, on day one in office, and canceled all of President Trumps executive orders, and policies, that ALLOWED our country to be energy independent, for the first time in 50/60 years, under both parties leadership, REMEMBER? Name ONE THING that we all buy that is not effected by oil prices! Benchmark Crude oil was $34.00 per bbl. on election day 2020, today it is $89.00 bbl, and has been as high as $125.00 bbl recently! I have no idea. I use a property management company. I'm not sure if race is a question on the applications or if it's even allowed to be asked. The ones that I've met over the years have all been white or black. But I don't buy in hispanic areas.

I think you're poor white trash and I fully support all your decisions that solidify your place in society. If everyone made good decisions, maybe I'd just be average. It benefits me greatly to have ignorant people anchoring society. There is a direct correlation between my success and the ability of others to remain failures.
