Bob, you misunderstand... under the 1st Amendment, it is perfectly legal to make a general statement such as "He ought to be shot!" But it is not legal to make a statement such as "Let's shoot him," which is active incitement. There's a distinct difference.
Mulberry volunteered to act as a hangman, which - as long as his offer applies to a properly-convicted criminal - is not at all illegal. In fact, Mulberry's offer is similar to my longstanding position. While I flatly will not intentionally incite anyone to commit violence, if certain violent acts do actually occur... I will be among the first in line to donate to the accused's defense fund (which is a perfectly legal action).

By the way, Mulberry... you're correct. Bob has no functional, viable, workable, or practical solution to the problem of societal/mob or individual violence - nor does any liberal, for that matter. Asking Bob to provide a solution is a waste of your time.

Bob is just poking the bear or is really stupid. Judging by his Brandon pic and what I said about him not stating his opinion, he agrees with me!
