Dress/Semi-Dress Shoes???

I would recommend you buy 2 pair. Leather shoes need time to "breathe", so alternate days you wear them.
I've worn Rockport and liked them, currently wearing a pair of Bass that fit me well. If you want to get by on the cheap, Skechers make "dressy" shoes that are inexpensive and comfortable.

Cedar shoe trees are a must. They are cheap so there's no reason not to buy them. As soon as you take the shoes off, put the trees in.

as to OP, I wear Ecco boots for work 10-12 hours a day
and as for Sunday shoes, Rockport

Rockports are awesome and they last. Worked in retail management and tried lots, but only the Rockports made the cut.

I wear a Rockport. I have had several variations and all have been great shoes. Very comfortable durable and very affordable.
