257 weatherby reloading

I'm looking at reloading for mine. Thinking a 110 gr bullet, not sure which yet. And maybe a lighter bullet too. 85 gr. Or smaller.
If you have reloaded for this I would be interested in what your results were and what you used.

72 grains RL 22, Barnes 100g TSX, Fed 215M, factory overall length. Shoots sub MOA in my Accumark

What kind of velocity you getting with that?
Have you tried any other bullets?

I haven't tried any other bullets but I will switch to a TTSX. Deadly on Antelope, Mule deer and Whitetails about 3600 fps

Just picked up some supplies. 110 accubonds. Imr 7828. And cci mag primers. Going to order dies this weekend and be all ready..

I would try federal gold medal match 215 lg mag primers way more consistent ignition of large powder volume's Ie weatherby stw's 300 win mags and rum's check quality loading manuals cci 250's work really well in my swifts and 222 mag though just my experience. Happy shooting and load safe 7stw
