$400 PSA lower on Armslist

Just a quick question what makes your lower worth $400
The reason a regular mil spec lower is 280 plus tax and it's registered. This isn't going to be going to go thru the government. If it's not worth 400, it is worth 350 in my opinion.

If I wanted to pay retail, I would buy it from a store, I'm not going to pay extra just because "It's not registered", There is no gun registry, that's Fuddlore.

All my lowers were (stripped) $50 (pre-demic). What is "mil-spec"? To me me that means lowest bidder garbage. When I worked the gun counter and a customer mentioned mil-spec I imediatly knew they had to be an operator lol. As to PSA I got a very nice AR-10 complete from them for $700.
