$400 PSA lower on Armslist

Just a quick question what makes your lower worth $400
The reason a regular mil spec lower is 280 plus tax and it's registered. This isn't going to be going to go thru the government. If it's not worth 400, it is worth 350 in my opinion.

shop around - ar components are all over the board -- PSA has cheap at 129 good at 139 and probably some more expensive ones - just like all other players out there and just like all the other equipment out there - be it hunting, fishing, sports, cell phones - pretty much anything
