What are the communities doing to deal with the areas where the police don't want to go? Places right here in OKC the police will only go into in numbers.
There are 2 sides on this issue, we have people who have no respect for anything, that police have to deal with on a daily basis.
You have victims who will not "snitch" because of fear of reprisal.
So we all know their are bad cops out there, BUT there are a hell of a lot more bad guys out there that the "news" media and our communities as a whole ignore. I would like to see whole sale campaigns and media blitzes on running these bad elements to ground.
If a cop shoots some one we get a media blitz way before the facts are known which has led to a whole lot of issues, Start going after the bad guys as much as they do police.
Trump is inciting violence because he said we need to get heavy handed with criminals!!
What should he have said to appease the populace? Criminals are not babies, they kill each other and civilians!! They have heavy handed tactics!! Would you like our police to go in to these areas and pass out cookies and hugs and talk to them about changing their criminal behavior??? Pretty sure that will not work!!
There are more than 2 sides, but the president should be doing what he can to bring the sides together...instead, he is throwing fuel on the fire.
Since when does being arrested mean "guilty"? How many people that are arrested are in fact innocent? Trump inciting police to get heavy-handed with those arrested runs contrary to our constitution and laws, so I'm glad that police chiefs and sheriffs have responded publicly as such.
His job--lead the country in diplomacy through tough issues.

Come on, 581 out of 331 million is so statistically low as to be nearly immeasurable. Do I like to see cops kill citizens? Heck no! Put come on, most of these people needed shooting to be stopped or else they would have been in YOUR home/business/space terrorizing you or harming your friends and loved ones. The only thing that stops a violent person is an overwhelming return of violence. Get over it or take your crap elsewhere.
