.45 acp for deer? i have been wanting to use my .45 to kill a doe at close range! I didnt think .45 was legal in OK?
I think .40 cal is the smallest legal diameter, which means 40S&W is legal. One of these days I want to take a deer with a 10mm.
I've killed several pigs with a 45 but never a deer. I recently acquired a 10mm and am really wanting to try it out on something.

Its my understanding that now there is no OAL restrictions on semi pistol now but there still is on a revolver right? And I know .40 is the min for a pistol so that would make .40 and up, including 45 ACP, now legal in a semi but now a revolver if I understand the regs correctly.
