Well, I guess my question has been answered. Haven't seen a whole lot of information about hog drives anywhere, and just wanted to see what everybody else has been doing.

four-wheelers and AR-15s :gun1:

That's what they do at a ranch that borders my uncles farm in East Texas.

Every few months they will get 2-3 four wheelers, two guys on each one(a driver and shooter) and the four wheelers back up to a fence line and kill the engine. Then they get guys on several(6-8) horses that start on the back end of the marsh/low area that leads up to that fence line, get in a row and start walking towards the fence and shooting pistols into the air. When the guys on horses get to the fence there are usually about 10-20 hogs in front of em, the four wheelers crank up and as the hogs run into the open field they get put down.

As a sidenote, the ranch does this with ranchhands only. I wonder why they don't sell those hunts to make money.
