Your drawing needs more details. If the 3/8 holes are 1.5 inches from the slotted holes how far are the slotted holes from the edge? The left side inside curve starts how far from the sides? How far towards the right does that inside curve go? Your best bet may be cut a templet out of cardboard or thin metal that someone can draw around. What material do you need them made from and what thickness? I don't know how far you are from Ponca but, I could make them for you if I have material. Another question is which dimension is the most critical?
Save the money and make it.
If I had a drill press or hydraulic punch I would. I really don’t think I’ll come out ahead buying material, and hand drilling, grinding, and dremeling. Have a guy who is making them this morning for $40.
