That's with "partial obstruction" which is the house since it's just sitting on the ground now. Once I get it on the roof....

I’m paying too much for such sh*tty to non existent service.
Ours lets us stream at 12mbps, and it’s cheap so not complaining yet.
There is signal, and then there is the data that rides on the signal.
We find in our travels that we can almost always get signal, often at full strength, but there is no data riding on the signal. Data is the internet.
Simplified version of how it all happens but it does get much more technical.
Got Starlink mobile ordered. 
I know several that have Starlink. Other than the hardward up front cost they are super happy- all of them I know are in remote areas. I pay 110 ish for cox cable for 100mbps downloand 10 upload, and mine isn't consistent. I may switch soon also.

As bad as my current service is, I figured what do I have to lose? Worst case, I take advantage of Starlink‘s 30 day return policy.
