She still lives in that apartment complex, or did as of a couple years ago anyway. Still says “nobody got time for that”, which drew a laugh from her neighbors when she did.
It's not a stretch to understand a lit cigarette falling to the carpet when some addiot "zones out" after shooting up.
Once went to an apartment fire where a lady on oxygen fired up a cigarette and about 4 other apartments. A lot of fires from people falling asleep while smoking. Red Cross and others offer free fire alarms. Good time of year to check and replace batteries too.
Okc fd installs free smoke detectors for residents. Not in commercial buildings like apartments, that’s a requirement of the property owner.

Well if you need proof, yea...Good luck with that being that I'd wager that there's heroin, fentanyl and meth located in every apartment complex in the city. Prove me wrong...
