i got a stag catalog in the mail today and saw that they sell the 6.8 and 5.56 in different lowers. whats that all about?
Is the stag upper readily available? I cancelled my M1 sales order and bought a 30.06 just because the estimated wait time was up another 10 to 12 weeks. making a total of 24 to 28 weeks wait leaving me looking at mid december before my order at the beginning of June would arrive.
I could be wrong, but that is probably just the marking on the lower, I don't think there is a difference dimensionally between a 6.8 and 5.56 lower.
No difference in the lower other then caliber marking. I haven't ordered a 6.8 upper for any customers lately so not sure on turn around but 556 stuff is still running a few months but they are slowly catching up.
