Are Oklahoma sheriffs complying with Oklahoma's new "shall sign" NFA law?

This thread has gotten way off topic though. I want to know if Oklahoma sheriffs are complying with the new Oklahoma law that requires they sign NFA paperwork presented to them by individuals allowed to possess NFA items.

That link only talks about 41p being purposed. The President isn't doing anything.

What kind of trust does it require? Wonder if my employers prepaid legal plan would cover it.

Most people recommend to have a separate trust for NFA items. I'd find someone that is familiar with NFA specific trusts.

Ill have to call around and see what my plan covers. If it does awesome if not ill have to do some more research
