Are Oklahoma sheriffs complying with Oklahoma's new "shall sign" NFA law?

    The shall sign law has a 15 day window for the CLEO to sign. Your question is valid but way to early to get a good answer.

    Try back after Nov. 15th.

    That link only talks about 41p being purposed. The President isn't doing anything.

    Most people recommend to have a separate trust for NFA items. I'd find someone that is familiar with NFA specific trusts.
