Sorry:lookaroun:laugh6:

, so what crosses your mind with a truck leaving a blood trail?[/QUOTE]

"That blood is going to ruin the paint and rust the bed seams......."

Bed liner, and Hydrogen peroxide takes care of the blood on the paint:D
+ its a farm truck.
No telling what "bob ware" and other farm crap is in the back.

I took my truck to one of the Boomerang car washes in the city after killing my first doe of the year. I had blood everywhere in the bed, on the tailgate, and all over the bumper. The attendant kinda looked at me weird when checking the back of the truck before my truck started rolling through the wash! I would have loved to know what he was thinking!

You post kind of illustrates a changing mindset. 50 years ago I don't believe anyone would have even thought about it.

Now everyone is a possible serial killer, terrorist, democrat, etc.

My dads buddy drove a car that was similar to a car that was in a APB. This was nearly 50 years ago.

Of course, Ruddy got pulled over... and it seems that he matched several other descriptive points in that APB... weight, hair color etc.

You know it... deer season.... big honkin' knife and axe in the trunk and blood residue all over.

Needless to say ... it took a couple of hours to clear all that up.

Rudy still laughs about it...but it was not so funny as it was happening.

Greatest story ever. That's amazing

It's even worse for me. I'm a large animal mobile vet. Not worried so much about LEO, but I always wonder what clients would think if I left the "scene of the crime" smeared all over my tailgate. Sorta like "what the heck did she kill this time?"
