Now granted, i'm no airsoft guru. But just the price alone for these airsoft guns doesn't make me want to raise my eyebrows over the price that the storeowner claimed his confiscated shipment was worth.
They were imported guns IIRC, so they might have been the brand of airsoft guns in the last link which are made in Taiwan and which are known for their high quality (and price apparently)

Don't take much to make BATF look like a bunch of idiots. Would like to see the agent receive orders from the court to publicly prove his little conversion theory in real time. He has put the thing up to his shoulder and fire the converted weapon himself using live proof ammo. Shurlock wouldn't be that stupid would he?
Don't forget these are the same folks who leave guns,raid jackets to be stolen from motel rooms and back seats of their cars.
It's too bad they can't tax it THAT would fix our debt problem and give most of us a big refund to boot.
JPFO has a video called The Gang where they show a BATFE document that pretty much says that the BATFE considers a shoestring (yes, the thing you tie your shoes with) to be a machine gun. (I believe it was actually attached to a gun in such a way to allow it to bump fire.)
Some of the conclusions that are drawn or inferred in the video (by JPFO and interviewees) might be a stretch to convince a jury with but...every gun owner should watch it anyway.
