Wright brand bacon baked in the oven. Comes out crispy, but not teeth-shattering crunchy, yet the fat is still nice a chewy. It's perfect.

If you have time, slap a little bbq rub on your bacon and toss it on a smoker for a while. Comes out smokey and the same texture as baked.

Both i like to start fishing it out of the skillet while it is still chewy. My wife cooks it crispy.

Its a civil war. My dad and I like it chewy, my mom and my brother like it crispy. Crispy is good for some applications that require its texture, but for straight eating I like it a little chewy.
