We had a couple of MinPins that liked to bark, especially the female one. We bought some of the shock collars and put them on the dogs. It pretty much helped the male, but that female was a stubborn little cuss. If there was a noise outside or she saw movement, you could literally see her tense up before barking. When she barked, the collar would shock her, but then go dormant for about 10 seconds. That gave her 10 seconds to hit the pet door and go outside and bark.

I have had many dogs of my own and they did not carry on like that and it was because I would not allow it.
Like was stated you need to raise them like a child and be consistent.
My dogs were very intelligent and very loved.
I no longer own a dog because I hate to see them die.

Peanut butter on bread folded in 1/2 .. Toss over the fence and say here you go buddy you want some goodies.
My chickens perk up when i ask them if they want goodies.

Get a pair of ear protectors and a stick. Rattle the fence until the dog barks so much he chokes and falls over. A few times of that and he won't be interested in you anymore.
