Where is the line drawn between auto & spring assist or is that one of those clear as mud details.

I was told by LE that is where line is drawn . spring assist IS ok . push button or full auto NOT ok

Guess this has been done before but ask a cop what he would arrest you for and you will get your answer.

My reply was 100% correct,
Most Police Officers Ive ask have said ...as long as its not bigger than mine...and you keep it in or pocket...ie: your not getting in trouble for something else.
They dont look for it, but it would ..Definately.. be a secondary charge.
Most of the charges you hear about around Ltown are for .." knife over 6" "...so, depends What your doing with it?
but what do i know, read for yourself, make your own decisions

There is no length limit in state law. Some local jurisdictions may have a city ordinance, but that would be cited and or prosecuted in municipal court, not state court. FWIW, I carry this one from time to time.
