Grats to Honeybee for being a well reviewed gunsmith. If I lived in or around Tulsa he'd be my go-to gunsmith for sure. But the OP lives in Lexington, which is 140 miles from Honeybee. I wonder if there's a highly thought of gunsmith in Lexington, Purcell, Norman, Moore or even OKC? I need one as well. Maybe Ol'Yeller?
Not if you want something blued, I am one of the few smiths who do hot dip bluing and I do it for many other gunsmiths, gun shops and even small scale manufacturers. My prices are better than most because I do so much volume and even with shipping I can often do your job cheaper than a local smith if you had one.
by the way you can ship your shotgun within the state through Fed-Ex or UPS without going through an FFL.
