Where did you get that drive shaft built? Shop in San Antonio built mine. They spin it up to the equivalent of 300 mph on the balance.
It was called drive train specialists and was off of 18th Meridian in OKC.
They moved to near Reno and Morgan road and called Inland Truck Parts and Service.
Scooter is the guys name I think that does my driveshafts.

My Nova was done in the 1990's and was like $150 then my 1947 Dodge truck many years later and like $175
Then then 1957 Chevy after more years have gone by and it was $350

Front pumps for a TH 350 were $27.50 and converters were $25 when I built the Nova.

Today the prices kind of hurt when you have bought hundreds at 1990 prices.

I see Crestone cycle on the tent in the first pic. Crestone Colorado?

Yep. He owns some property up there. Or did. He was talking about selling it, and may have already done so. Funny thing ... he was getting rid of it for the same reasons we've been talking about what's been going on in Colorado. Sounded like Crestone had pretty much turned into a hippy colony or whatever the equivalent would be nowadays!

I lived on Rendezvous road in Crestone.
Cool Hippie town turned liberal socialist indoctrination camp. I left Crestone over a run in with white Rastafarian wannabe buttheads. My landlady got pressured by locals to make us move for being too redneck. Crestone is full of weird Karen psychopath.wannabes.
Plus side was I got to be good friends with Saguache county sheriff from all our talks about it. This pic was taken at the Crestone Baca Ranch entrance

I've never been there but some rockhound friends went to that area to looks for rocks and artifacts.
It appears public nudity is totally legal there according to some signs they saw.
Yes, the hippy colony description is correct from what they said. Pot smell everywhere but saw no nudies.
