The only difference is the shock collar. The crossbow ones are designed for greater shock before they break. You can buy the collars on ebay or amazon

Another common difference is the width of the ferrule ( body of the arrowhead) is wider on the “ crossbow” heads, to better match the thicker shafts of crossbow bolts- functionally this doesnt matter
