Can I use your drill press?

Hey ladies and gents, I bought 4 recovery points for my vehicle (solid piece of steel that can withstand off-road recovery) and the large hole for the shackle is 7/8" in diameter. Trouble is my shackles I bought has a 1" diameter pin. I was wondering if I could use someone's drill press to drill out the 7/8" holes in the recovery point to 1" to accept my shackles. Should take <5 minutes and I'll be happy to supply the appropriate drill bit if you'll let me know what kind to buy (if any special kind is needed)! Thanks for looking

Bring it to Ponca, and I have the bit to drill it.

Take a file and see if you can take some metal off. If the file cuts I can drill them for you and I have the 1" drill bit. I'll PM you my cell #. Afternoon today or morning tomorrow would work for me.
