If they'd remove schools from the prohibited places list, I'd carry every day.

I thought about it at first, and decided that in my situation the risk far outweighed the reward. I just wish I had convenient off-campus parking. I've gotten to where I feel naked doing business without it.

My work has a VERY strict no firearms on company property policy. They even consider company vehicle and/or in the trunk of your car, in the parking lot, breaking the policy. However the purpose of CONCEALED CARRY is just that, nobody should ever know you have it, otherwise your not doing your job (pertaining to the license) correctly.

Ding ding,we have a winner.I work for St. Francis Hospital Security and STH has a strict no firearms policy. All we do,if we get a complaint from staff is to ask you to go to your car(usually escort you) and put the weapon in it.If I catch you,I'll probably visit with you about it. Steve

I work at one of the Tulsa hospitals. If an employee is caught with a weapon, it's instant termination, escorted out by security, your things will be sent to you. It has happened before.

While I work where there is a "no firearms" policy, I am fortunate that I have solid backing and am allowed to carry. In my role, I am CFO, chief of security and deal with large sums of money. I conceal at all times but there are several who know it. I just don't advertise it.

I'm not sure it would be worth the risks if I worked for a very strict employer.
