If they deny you they get to keep your money right? I guess it is better to wait than force their hand to deny your app.

Well I think I may have pissed them off. I will get my answer by mail 2-3 weeks.

I get delayed on NICS even in Kalifornia. The charges were back in 1992 before I was 18. Records sealed, I have no paperwork from the incidents (2).

Whatever you were charged with, that remained a minor offense for a minor, and was sealed by the court, should have no bearing on you app for CCW. I would get clarification from an attorney here about what all the SDA law allowes them to do in a case such as yours.
