No, I disagree because on this one issue we have truly screwed Israel. We have used our influence to prevent them from acting when it was within their capability to materially impede the Iranian effort. IMO at this point the Iranian nuclear effort is so widespread and/or deeply buried that only the US - possibly of any power in the world - has the capability to seriously impact (no pun intended) the Iranian program by direct attack.
