My partner found this on Pinterest. I made 4 today. Cost around $5 for all not counting paint.

2.5" x 5/8" L bracket
1.5" 1/4 carriage bolt
2 1/4 nuts

Bend just past outside hole. You can do it where the bracket is up or down.

I had Skulls unlimited do several. Tried doing a couple myself then I found out that Keiths Butcher shop in Burns Flat includes it with the butchering fee. I own hunting land in Roger Mills county so it is about an hour drive from camp. I had him do several this year. $115 skin, butcher, clean skull vs. $150 to have Skulls Unlimited do them. Nothing bad about SU. They do an excellent job. Keiths are just cleaned but not chemical treated.

Are you fellers cleaning your own skulls, or having them done professionally?

I took mine to a fella over on the east side of Norman ($100). I need to check out that guy in Burns Flat, I hunt out that direction also.

I am very pleased with them. Small shop with friendly people. He met me at his shop after he got out of church on a Sunday morning when I killed my gun buck. And again on Thanksgiving morning when my daughter killed her buck. I hunt north of Reydon outside of Durham. My partner and I bought a half section in 2001 when land was cheap out there. Heading there this weekend to hunt hogs and coyotes and get out to the city.
