I'd take that thing apart, clean it up good, give it a fresh coat of paint, put it back together and use it for years and years and years to come. Nothing wrong with an old Lyman Turret.
The last thing I would ever call a guy who reloads his own ammo is any kind of fairy, just saying!!!
