Everybody does the wrapped in bacon, and grilled thing. Love it myself, but lets put up some different ones.
I'll start.
Boned out the breast, and marinated in a 50/50 mix of Teriyaki, and soy sauce over night.
Put the breast pieces in flour and lightly fried until golden.
Put on paper towels to dry.
Slice thin pieces of bell pepper, Jalapeno, onion, and as much fresh garlic as you like. Salt and pepper. Keep to the side.
In a baking dish, arrange the breasts evenly, and put one can of Cambels golden mushroom soup, and one can of beefy mushroom soup on top after being mixed.
Bake at 325 degrees for about 3 hours, and enjoy!
The breasts will be falling apart tender.
Second recipe is to bake the boneless breasts until medium well done. Run the meat through a grinder, mix with finely diced red onion, garlic, refried beans (jalapeno if desired), and put on a ritz cracker or tortilla chip as a dip.
