I'm thinking about going back to it.

There was wind? I slept right through it.

I used to wake up anywhere between 3 and 4 every morning and be wide awake for hours.

A few months ago I started taking more meds at bedtime and now I usually sleep 7-8 hours.

That was some strong wind! We are missing some pillows off our back patio couch. We WILL rebuild!

I was also up at 4 but stayed in bed until almost 6.

Gosh. I slept thru the night again. That makes 2 in a row. (Yes I'm bragging!) I hope it becomes a well-ingrained habit but given my history, I'm pretty sure it's just a blip on the radar ...

You friggin’ bastages have bespoken upon me the vile curse!! Been awake since 1am. Been sleeping good for months, yet here I am. Coffee is already brewed and everything.

Woke up at 5 here. But I went to bed really early, like between 8-830, I think. Been a long week.

Me: Woke up several times last night, but made myself stay in bed until about 5:00AM. As soon as I get another cup of coffee down, I'm gonna go soak in the hot tub.
