It is mindful to me of 2006 when we moved into a new house near Tuttle. First of all, I had miscalculated in some way the amount of fertilizer/weed killer to put on the lawn by a huge margin. By all rights, the first round around the yard should have given us a constantly yellow grass, but 2006 was another year with lots of rain. I figured that I was going to have to water the heck out of the yard to save that "first round" area.

Once again, I have to say that God was looking out for me.

Not a drop in Oologah and has not been for 6 days while the southern have of the entire state gets a buttload every other day. Been this was for nearly 2 years now

4.05 here last night just east of Tinker. Hog Creek ( going to Thunderbird lake ) is in my goat pasture. It was a lake....had to do a 3:30 am trip to the barn to rescue some goats that were standing in a 6-8" deep river running thru their section of the barn
